Church Environment (2024, 2025)

This church environment project is based on the wonderful art of 柠檬痞猫. See their work on Artstation Here. This project is based on the concept piece “Church”. All credits for the concept go to the artist. I worked to adapt the stylized concept sketch into a realistic model and environment, interpreting materials, lighting, and details from a cell shaded piece. I wanted to stay true to the original while adding detail to push the realism. I then experimented with two additional texture sets: an aged version of the original and one based on the style of my other work.

Modeled in Maya, sculpted in ZBrush, textured in Substance Painter, and rendered in Unreal 5. All foliage compiled from Quixel Megascans.
